From the A1(M) Junction 7 [signposted A602 Stevenage South, Knebworth House]
turn East into Stevenage and straight on at the first roundabout [Hertford,
Ware, A602]. At the next roundabout take the third exit [signposted Knebworth
B197]. Take the first exit at the next (it's straight on). Pass Tesco supermarket
on right and fork right at the next roundabout, keeping the Best Western Hotel
(Roebuck Inn) on your left. The road then goes uphill with open fields on your
left. At the top of this hill turn right just as you enter the 30mph zone. This
is Deards End Lane - take care, it's narrow. Over the bridge, bear left at the
Golf Club, then straight on for 300 yards. Find the first lamp-post on the left
and you've found us.
